Do you receive advertising SMS?

Do you regularly receive advertising SMS messages from unknown phone numbers? If so, let the senders of these messages know that you no longer wish to receive them. Be cautious when faced with advertising SMS messages that ask you to send a text message again or call certain phone numbers. This caution is even more important when you do not know the company behind these messages.

Before going abroad!

Take these tips into account when you are abroad and make calls whenever you want. If you have a subscription, check before you leave on your trip what the rates are and whether mobile SMS and MMS services are available in the destination country. We recommend that you save the call numbers in international format, e.g.: 41227853030, so that you can make national and international calls without any problems.

Don't forget to bring your mobile phone charger. Find out if you need an adapter to charge your mobile phone batteries in your destination country. Do you have a power adapter for your charger and can you also use it at 110V? If not, you can also use a car charger.

In case of theft. If you lose your SIM card and/or mobile phone, please contact our international hotline from abroad, which is available 24 hours a day, on 41 62 286 12 12 (in Switzerland: 0800 55 64 64). We will immediately block your SIM card to prevent any misuse of your phone. In the police report, you must provide the IMEI number of your device (recommendation: write down the 18-digit IMEI number of your mobile phone, it is usually located under the battery of your device).
