If your phone is no longer working properly, it may be because the latest software update has not been performed. The software on your device is what controls all of its functions. When you update your device, the software is replaced with a newer version.

Update using your computer.

Many laptop manufacturers offer applications on their websites that you can download and install on your computer. The device's software is then updated by connecting the laptop to the computer using a cable.
